Must have High school diploma or GED and:
● Basic electricity knowledge, both installation and troubleshooting
● Mechanical aptitude
● Proficient with hand and power tools
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to read and interpret information
● Basic computer skills
● Attention to detail
● Ability to manage time efficiently, follow schedules, and meet
deadlines
● Ability to work both independently and within a team
environment
● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
● Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
● Must be able to work from ladders or lifts
Previous Maintenance Mechanic work experience and HVAC background a plus
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for facility repairs and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment such as, but not limited to, lift trucks, tractors, small utility vehicles, lawn mowers, weed eaters, conveyors, etc.
● Properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair
work.
● Basic electrical work occasionally required.
● Basic welding.
● Operate power equipment.
● Observe safety and security procedures and comply with all
policies.
● Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
