Requirements:

Ability to lift 100 lbs.; valid SC drivers? license required. Associates degree in maintenance or related field or HS Diploma with over five years? experience in repair, maintenance and electricity with good planning, communication and supervisory skills. Must have ability to perform tasks and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

Perform routine maintenance duties to include repair, maintenance, painting, and maintenance of buildings for the residents in an efficient manner.

Schedule:
every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. ? 3:00 p.m. plus on-call hours
