Associate's degree preferred
2-3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing facilty preferred.
Will be reqired to stand,climb or balance stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Must be able to lift and or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and or move more than 100 pounds.

Job Description:

•Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, install and perform unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment based on customer demand or need.
•Analyses of problems or situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends actions necessary to correct situation.
•Have professional demeanor, promote goodwill between company and customer by providing a superior level of service. Performs necessary repairs to correct situations in a professional and productive manner.
•Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment according to company's Scheduled Maintenance policy and procedure. Maintains parts and supplies inventory in service van and other duties as assigned.
•Willing to expand knowledge on how to set up presses, run presses and electronics assembly equipment, set up and maintain die, perform preventative maintenance and repairs
•Operate Acuity verification and automatic registration system
•Contribute to overall team effort to meet customer demands
•Maintain high standard of housekeeping, keeping floors and equipment clean and orderly. Produce error free paperwork and transactions
•Be willing to accept flexible work schedule and meet production/customer requirements and Comply with all appropriate ISO procedures
•Comply with site safety and security requirements and Complete all required training sessions and actively participate on plant teams
•Perform other duties as assigned

3rd shift 11pm to 7am (SPD) or 10:30pm to 6:30am (RFID)
