QUALIFICATIONS
? High school diploma or the equivalent
? Technical school degree in a related discipline or the equivalent
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
? Ten years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
? At least three years of experience in a supervisory/lead role.
TECHNICAL AND FUNCIONAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
? Thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
? Ability to read schematics and blue prints
? Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

NOTE: Manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, noise, and moving mechanical parts. The employee is exposed to a variety of outside weather conditions. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee may lift or move items over 50 pounds.
The facilities and equipment maintenance manager manages and assists in the completion of the day-to-day activities involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery, including production lines, grounds keeping, security, and overall facility appearance. The position supervises and coordinates the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment, machinery and grounds.
