Qualifications include prior machine operation and welding experience, ability to read and interpret blueprints and read and understand English, and able to lift, push, and carry up to 100 pounds. A high school diploma or GED (or commitment to get GED) is required. Completion of vocational classes in welding preferred.

The Associate will operate specialized and general machines, welding (MIG/TIG) sheet metal and assembling round, flat oval, and rectangular sheet metal duct and fittings.
