Prior experience in metrology preferred. Experience with Romer Arms and Polyworks Software is a plus.
Experience with CNC or similar machinery background also considered; 3 Dimensional way of thinking, experience with quality measurements, GD&T a plus
We are looking for several Metrologists to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a Metrologist you will provide accurate measurement data on vehicles and parts for the automotive industry. This is a fulltime position with no contract, full benefits offered. Responsibilities: Provide accurate measurement data on vehicles and parts; determines necessary set-up and measurement method for investigations; provides engineering / measurement expertise to internal and external customers, including Engineering, Supplier Quality Assurance and parts suppliers; identifies geometric problems, performs root cause analysis, and makes suggestions for countermeasures.
