Network Manager

Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, telecommunication or related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for year basis. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in information technology network environments. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills, good project management skills on a varying level to technical expertise and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent technical skills with a proven track record in network design and support efforts. Expertise in network design and implementation. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Should possess excellent time management, decision making and analytical skills. Ability to manage, train, direct and coordinate work of student technicians. Must be able to prepare technical reports and detailed computer specifications for purchases. Ability to establish effective working relationships with faculty, staff, and students.
