Planning Intern

At Southern Tide, our mission is to share our love for the coastal lifestyle through premium products, experiences, and service.

The Planning Intern is responsible for assisting with the overall analysis of Southern Tide’s selling performance. The Planning Intern will also assist with creating and maintaining strategic financial plans, inventory levels, markdowns, and item level buys.      

Crew Position:

• Understand the Southern Tide customer, lifestyle and positioning in the marketplace
• Assist with the preparation of thorough quantitative selling information on a weekly basis.
• Recommend appropriate markdowns for the retail stores and E-Commerce
• Create text and spreadsheet documents and manipulate data
• Provide support in assisting with special projects and processes
• Review and summarize planning documents and studies

Addition Info:

• This is a paid internship with approximate dates of June 2022 through August 2022
• Candidate will be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship – full availability preferred.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
