Plant Operations Manager

PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

This position reports to the Director of Operations and is located in Greenwood, SC.  Responsibilities include managing the work of technical staff, coordinating field operations with office operations, managing the safety program, FCC compliance, preventative and demand maintenance, and quality control and assurance. 

The successful candidate will apply positive leadership techniques, cultivate relationships and maintain a professional team in order to provide excellent responsive service to the customers.  The ability to recognize priorities and meet critical deadlines, maintain an optimistic outlook, strong customer service and communications skills, and the ability to comprehend and effectively market information technology is required. 

A minimum of six years of CATV experience is required, including two years experience managing technical staff.  Completion of NCTI System Technician or equal required.  Successful employment history demonstrating a capacity of increasing management responsibility and completion of the NCTI Advanced Technician and various management courses preferred.  Candidate must posses a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
