Requirements:

Minimum and Additional Requirements 
A high school diploma and trade experience directly related to the area of employment. 

Preferred Qualifications 
Prefer an Associate Degree with 2 years directly related work experience or a High School Diploma with four (4) years directly related work experience. Prefer supervisory skills and a Journeyman Plumber license. Must have a strong background in plumbing, painting and general maintenance skills. Must have a valid SC driver's license required. 

Job Description:

Performs maintenance related duties utilizing defined skills and exercise supervisory responsibility for a small work crew. Duties require multi and complex skills involving all aspects of plumbing, painting, HVAC, mechanical, basic electrical and carpentry duties. Duties include repair, trouble-shooting, installation and preventive maintenance measures. Advanced skills are necessary in plumbing, backflow preventers, painting, installing/repairing irrigation systems/controls and general maintenance work as necessary. Duties may range from simple to complex building functions or assignments.
