CREDENTIALS
? Minimum - high school graduate or equivalent.
? Work experience regarding textiles is preferred but not essential.
? Capability to work with number calculations.
? Proper use and maintanence of all lab equipment.
? Conduct physical property and adhesion testing on textile products (yarns, cords and fabrics in finished goods).
? Record and plot data on control charts (or Bull's Eye Charts).
? Advise production personnel and management when trends or out of specification data is obtained.
? Conduct sub- and master batch testing of glue mixes for release.
? Block non-conforming product and notifies production personnel, management and finished product technician.
? Perform other assignments/duties assigned by senior laboratory technician and management.
? Provide support to the continuous implementation and reinforcement of the practices outlined in the Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.
? Assume personal responsibility for 100% compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards
? Attend all mandatory training.
