Receptionist

We are searching for a friendly customer service representative for our busy, small animal veterinary practice. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• answering phones
• scheduling appointments
• keeping records and preparing charts
• using Avimark software
• greeting and discharing clients

Candidate must be able to work evenings and rotating weekends.
