Minimum Requirements
Applicant must have a current license as a RN in the state of SC. Current BLS & ACLS certification required. Clinical experience in an acute care environment preferred. Prior ICU experience desired.
Basic Functions
Under the supervision of the charge nurse or nurse manager, prescribes interventions, delegate’s tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. Utilizes the nursing (problem solving) process with age appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
