RN needed in a privately owned, 94 bed Skilled Nursing Facility for the position of Resident Service Director (RSD). The RSD is responsible for the daily management of one of our two units which includes supervision of nurses and CNA's to ensure duties are carried out in a safe and efficient manner while making sure all CMS & DHEC requirements are being met. Duties include but are not limited to, organization and cleanliness of the unit, audits, education of staff and setting assignments for the unit. Floor coverage may be needed at time. Call rotation is required
