Wages/Salary: 26,400 plus commission (there is some production in this salary) and a company car.
? This position will require that the applicant be able to work in extreme weather conditions, physically be able to conduct audits of home in a confined space (crawl spaces, attics, basements, etc.), have a clean driving record.
? Applicants must pass a background check, DMR, physical and drug screen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Visually inspecting for Termites, pest harborage, and pest entries
? The ability to "self-start" and work independently and taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems
? Prospecting for in-home sales in a designated sales territory
? Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers
? Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
? Prepare and present sales proposal specific to the individual homeowner's needs
? Close the sale and achieve assigned sales performance objectives
