Job Description:

Responsible to oversee coordination and implementation of marketing materials and promotions and for planning and executing successful demonstrations and events that feature Charter products. Ensure sales and marketing data is maintained to demonstrate tracking and analysis of campaigns and promotions. Report on customer numbers, marketing promotion results and effects on sales growth.
Manage and oversee communications with other departments regarding the planning, creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions and bulletins; oversee printing of materials; schedule billing inserts and/or other advertising arrangements; Communicate with affiliates and vendors; make payment arrangements and review invoices.
Track and report on the success of promotion campaigns, customer numbers, and identify through reports variations and trends in market and use collected data to adjust future demonstration strategies; Recommend opportunities for demonstration sites and events that maximize sales of Charter services.
Act as key point person for all PPV and on-demand related issues; Work with marketing managers to promote events effectively and to leverage existing marketing programs for both Internet and core cable products.
Act as key point person for the design and maintenance of all digital media in support of, but not limited to, Marketing and Sales departments.
Support preparation of budgets for sales event activities and propose additional strategies to drive sales of the high speed Internet service.
Consolidate and analyze data for sales and marketing programs; create tracking system to report on projections, goals, and results; Perform market research studies.
Oversee each event implementation project from concept to completion, including scheduling, securing facilities, permitting, ensuring network connectivity and staffing.
Ensure CLU database is maintained and ensure all channel line-up additions/deletions are done in a timely manner; Request mailing lists and administer direct mailings; Coordinate advertising for radio and newspaper.
Provide design of creative for sales and marketing campaigns.
Design, edit and implement employee communications as needed.
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
