Job Description:

Must be able to respond to inbound calls and handle customer contacts thereby providing thorough customer satisfaction. Promptly accept calls in warm and friendly manner. Enter telephone orders accurately and quickly. Advise customers on product, quantities, prices, terms, and shipping. Handle complaints in the best interest of the customer and the company.
