High School Graduate or a minimum of two years? experience in police or security operations, with at least one of those years at the Senior/Lead level demonstrating direct responsibility for an organization?s public safety and security operations. A working knowledge of computer related analytical tools and databases, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must possess a valid South Carolina Driver?s License and be able to operate a motor vehicle in the State of South Carolina.
Under general supervision, responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and direction to the Public Safety Department.
?Provides clear directions and information regarding policies to visitors and staff.
?Acts as a visible deterrent to crime or disregard of Riverbanks policies and procedures.
?Assists fellow officers or the public, offering assistance when circumstances warrant.
?Takes action to immediately correct or report suspicious activity and potential threats.
?Maintains good customer service and excellent public relations.
?Prepares required reports as needed.
?Must be available to work evening and special events.
?Reports to the Public Safety Manager.
