Requirements:

The candidate is able to carry out technical service at customer sites. Able to travel throughout US and Germany. Must also be able to identity all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all
stages of the service process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the service cycle.

Job Description:

The candidate is actively driving and managing the technical service process for US customers with good skills in working in conjunction with the overseas service and design team as the key service advisor and advocate for complex automated test equipment and drive systems. Implementation and coordination of service actions involving the internal subdivisions as well as external suppliers. Fault analysis and determination of corrective actions. Autonomous failure elimination by giving instructions by phone, via remote control or by a service assignment at the customer's facility. Coordination of service actions with the customer.Maintenance, calibration and upgrading of test systems. Development and administration of the service capacity. Implementation or coordination of customer training courses.
Preparation of quotation for spare parts and services. Selection of potential suppliers in the USA. Establish long lasting customer relationship for continous After Sales Service. Commissioning support for new test systems and/or for updates.

Schedule:
Day shift with possibility to work night shift for a certain time frame or to be available on weekends/off shift for phone support and emergency on-site services
