MAR Construction is a general contractor with 40 years’ experience in a variety of commercial construction and remodeling projects.  Construction projects include, institutional buildings, state and county buildings, recreational facilities, schools and military facilities.

Job Description

MAR Construction is currently accepting applications for a Skilled construction laborer/ Carpenter. This is a full-time working position. Come gain hands on experience in the construction industry while putting your skills to use. 

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must be willing to work on a construction site or in an outdoor environment
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
  • Willingness to learn construction trade and follow all safety policies
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to stressful situations
  • This position requires, kneeling, bending, and crawling often as well as the ability to work on ladders, platforms, and mechanical lifts
  • Follow verbal and written instructions
  • General knowledge of construction trades
Schedule:
The hours are typically 7:00am through 5:30pm Monday through Thursday with occasional weekend work. The hours are subject to change due to work requirements.
