Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or other related field. A Master’s degree in Exercise Science or related field is preferred. Must have at least two years experience working in intercollegiate/interscholastic athletics overseeing multiple teams at the same time. CSCS certification by the NSCA or SCCC certification by the CSCCA. Certified in CPR/AED or eligible to be certified. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Job Description:

The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for managing and providing strength conditioning program to all student-athletes within the Department of Athletics and to assist the Director of Sports Medicine/Head Athletic Trainer in the rehabilitation of injured athletes. 

Schedule:
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. (To include some nights and weekends; 37.5 hours per week.)
