• Work to ensure that we are efficiently handling support issues received via phone or email.

• Continue skills development; maintain proficiency in current technologies.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer support.
• Remote technical support of customer environments.
• Complete software, camera and printer related tasks requested by the client.
• Complete the daily Admin housekeeping checklist.
• Maintain technical documentation as necessary.
• Take online Vendor training courses as necessary.
