Requirements:

Working knowledge of the fundamentals of Microsoft Exchange, IBM Domino or Novell GroupWise; Experience working with SQL is highly desired
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System (2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server)
1-3 years previous support related experience dealing with customers (either face-to-face or in a technical support environment)
 Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
 Some College or technical school training is highly desired

Job Description:

Technical Support Representatives will primarily be responsible for assisting single user and enterprise customer inquiries. Inquires include: Desktop/Handheld, Internet, and Enterprise Activation; 120 day assignment.
