Requirements:

A bachelor's degree is required. Coaching or playing experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.  A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.  Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of NCAA and Peach Belt Conference rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of basketball.  Must have good communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff. 

Job Description:

To assist the Head Men's Basketball Coach with the responsibilities of coaching, recruiting, scouting, scheduling and in all aspects of program administration of the men's basketball program. Must abide by all Lander University, Peach Belt Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

Schedule:
Varied to include evenings and weekends, up to 25 hours per week (no more than 790 hours per year)
