May frequently be required to transport equipment to other locations across Central Campus.
May frequently be required to lift up to 20 lbs. above head level.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree
Two years of experience with end user technical support, Windows 10 in an enterprise
environment, and familiarity with general networking concepts.
Work with imaging solutions, software installations, malware eradication, lab deployment,
hardware repairs, and other technical issues and solutions.
Be able to manage multiple assignments and projects in both supervised and
unsupervised situations.
Maintain detailed and thorough documentation in the issue tracking system.
Support evening faculty and staff with technical issues across Central Campus either by
phone or in person in a prompt and efficient manner.
