Wages/Salary: $10 starting pay; Pay will increase $1 each time employee completes training brackets, which includes(Crew Chief, Service Coordinator, Sales, Apprentice Training).
Physical work environment, involves repeat bending, lifting, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
Weight lifted:11-50lbs.
Employees work with and around tire changers, spin balancers, torque wrenches, jacks, air compressor and hand tools.
Employees must be capable of understanding both written and verbal instructions and posses the ability to learn, as well as have the comprehension needed to read and understand tire labels and numbers. Employees must posses sufficient mechanical abilities to remove and replace wheels and repair tires, as well as operate the machines and tools relate to such job activities. The employee must be able to adhere to and follow instructions.
7:45am-6pm Full day shift;
7:45am-2pm Half Morning shift;
2pm-6pm Half Evening shift
