(NOTE): This position requires a valid Class ?A? Commercial Driver?s License within six (6) months of placement in the position. However, applicants without a Class ?A? Commercial Driver?s License will be considered if no qualified applicants with a Class ?A? Commercial Driver?s License are available.
Performs duties on asphalt patching crew including assisting with driveway paving, patching edges and potholes, leveling roadway, and other duties as required. Trains to operate 5 yard dump truck hauling equipment and materials to and from job sites. Performs other related duties as required for normal daily operations including flagging, work zone setup and take down, follow vehicle driving, small power tool operation, tree removal, etc. Performs other related duties as required for stand-by crew rotation, emergencies, snow-ice, and equipment operation including plow, loader, or spreader, requiring right-of-way debris removal. Trains in the operation of medium duty equipment including bucket truck, vacuum truck, tack truck, steel and pneumatic rollers, etc.
