High school diploma plus two years’ directly related work experience; or 10th grade education plus four years’ directly related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in related area is preferred. Must be multi-skilled in areas such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical type work. Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and wiring schematics. Also, ability to provide basic troubleshooting of personal computers, printers, and audio/visual equipment.
To provide a variety of tasks at the Union satellite center to support the maintenance of facilities and equipment owned by Spartanburg Community College. Complete maintenance and information technologies duties, renovation and construction projects as assigned. Complete miscellaneous tasks such as classroom setups, loading and unloading, and moving furniture as directed by the Union County Campus director.
Monday - Thursday (1-hour lunch)
7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday
