Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and two years experience in residential programs. Excellent communication skills needed with a strong background in case management abilities in working with clients as well as supervisory skills in dealing wtih staff. Must also possess the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. ON-CAMPUS RESIDENCY REQUIRED.

Job Description:

Plan and implement program activities to promote positive growth in a unit of two cottages. Coordinate and direct regular treatment team meetings regarding students on caseload. Provide individual, group and family counseling.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:30 - 5:00
Duties will habitually exceed 37.5 hours per week.
