Welder/Assembly Technician
Full Time (Day Shift)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with MIG welding
- Some proficiency or understanding of TIG welding
- Proficiency using cutting, grinding, and sanding tools
- Proficiency using measurement tools and techniques
- Plasma Table knowledge a plus +
- Press Brake and Metal Shear knowledge a plus +
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Specific on job training provided)
- Perform required weldments in the custom production of “Power Pack” generators
- Perform metal cut outs and modifications to ISO shipping containers
- Assist in fabrication of single-wall and double-wall fuel tanks
- Assist in fabrication of custom electrical panel enclosures
- Perform fabrication of a variety of components used in our Power Packs including:
- Intake and exhaust louvers
- Personnel and access doors
- Exhaust plenums and transitions
- Structural framing and reinforcement
- Assist in the installation of diesel generators inside generator enclosures
- Assist in installation of diesel exhaust systems and electrical panels
- Assist manufacturing team in all aspects of new Power Pack production
- Work closely with the Team Lead on project progress, estimates, etc.
COMPENSATION:
Competitive based on market: $20-25/hr starting
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30PM
