A3 Problem Solving

The A3 seminar is a one-day, 7-hour training course that offers the participant the opportunity to learn about A3, which is a widely accepted and easily understood problem solving methodology. Developed by Toyota, A3s are used by Toyota for problem solving, project reports and proposing policy changes – each complete with a storyline detailing the analysis and thought process behind it. The A3 size paper is ideally suited for capturing all the steps in the problem-solving process and making the process, and results, easy to communicate to the organization.
