Advanced PM PMP Training

Learn the skills and knowledge to be an effective project manager and prepare for PMI’s PMP® exam.  Includes five weeks of instructor-facilitated precourse study and 40 hours of live virtual training.  Also includes PMI’s PMP® exam prep material, example plans/forms, 1,000 simulated exam questions, and more. The course is taught by a PMI Authorized Training Instructor in an online (live-remote) setting. Pre-course study is completed before the actual classroom instruction begins. (Live-remote classroom instruction runs for 5 days from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.). During the weeks prior to the class, reading and other assignments will be assigned, and the progress will be followed by the instructor. The class will meet weekly for approximately 1 1/2 hours during pre-course study with the instructor to review the weekly assignments. Pre-course simulated exam testing is also conducted during the pre-course work to assist the student in preparing for the actual exam. Because of the materials involved in this class, any cancellations that occur within two weeks of the start of this class will require payment for these items.
