AI for Managers and Supervisors Great management has always been about knowing what to delegate and to whom. AI changes who is on that list. This four-week certificate teaches managers and supervisors to integrate AI as a genuine team resource. Assigning it the right tasks, holding it to the right standards, and using it to free up the human bandwidth your team needs to do the work that actually matters. You’ll leave with an AI assistant built from your team's actual work and a framework your whole team can follow to identify and deploy AI in your world. Learning Outcomes - Map your team's workflow and identify exactly which tasks AI should own - Design shared AI workflows and output standards your whole team uses consistently - Evaluate AI-produced work against professional and organizational quality expectations - Govern your team's AI use with documented protocols that protect data and reduce risk - Deploy a management AI assistant and a replicable team framework ready to scale Delivery Method This course is a live virtual course. Sessions will also be recorded for participants to access after each live event. In order to receive a certificate, participants must attend the live virtual in-person sessions or complete the learning module content, and complete a final project and reflection. Enrollment ends a week before the first day of class.
