"Course Description This certificate is mapped to the real estate transaction cycle, not a generic AI curriculum repackaged for Realtors. You’ll build AI workflows for prospecting outreach, listing content, buyer and seller communication, document follow-up, and post-close nurture. You’ll also build the responsible use framework that keeps client data protected and your professional standards intact. You’ll learn where human judgment has to lead: pricing, negotiation, client trust, so you never put your reputation or your license at risk Learning Outcomes - Generate listing descriptions, buyer emails, and market summaries in minutes, not hours - Build a client communication workflow that runs on AI between showings and closings - Protect client data with responsible use protocols specific to real estate practice - Deploy a custom AI assistant running inside the platforms you already use - Automate follow-up sequences and scheduling tasks that currently eat your evenings Delivery Method This course is a live, in-person course. In order to receive a certificate, participants must attend the live, in-person session and complete the reflection assessment. Enrollment ends a week before the day of class."
