Cooking: Basic Desserts

Sweeten up your Saturday with this beginner desserts class! We will focus on basic frosting techniques like achieving a smooth cake and swirling lofty cupcakes. Learn how to roll handmade truffles from a chocolate ganache recipe. The class will also practice plating skills with cheesecake and sauce. And what dessert experience would be complete without everyone's favorite - ice cream! Learn how to impress your sweetheart's sweet tooth or come together for a decadent date night. Students must wear closed toe shoes, tie back long hair, and complete off-site waiver. Minors must be at least 12 years of age and accompanied by a guardian (16+ years may attend independently). This class is eligible for Workforce Innovation gift certificate redemption. Groups of 6 or more receive a discount at registration.
