An intensive 5-week course taking place in partnership with Goodwill Industries of the Upstate/Midlands SC and its Clean Tech Accelerator program. Topics covered include HVAC fundamentals, building science, heat pump installation and maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service, energy modeling, and Manual J calculations. Certifications in the course include: EPA 608, Everblue's HVAC / Heat Pump Installation, OSHA-10, CPR & First Aid, and Construction Basics. Eligible students may also earn an incentive through Goodwill upon completion of this course.
