Phlebotomy Technician

"The Phlebotomy Technician program gives students the basic skills needed for the collection and handling of laboratory blood specimens safely. Mastery of required skills include but not limited to are venipuncture, capillary puncture, safety, and infection control. Phlebotomists must develop excellent communication skills with patients and various other healthcare professionals. *Clinical times may vary Monday-Wednesday depending on site. *Background Check, drug screen required. Some immunizations are required."
