Are you interested in learning some basic cooking skills? Do you want to see if Culinary Arts is a possible career field for you? Come for a 3-day introductory camp with RTC’s Culinary Arts program! We will introduce you to baking, safe knife usage, and basic cooking methods and flavor profiles. Selected items will include pies, pound cakes, fried rice, egg rolls, chicken & waffles, burgers, fresh-cut fries, and fresh breads (baked and grilled varieties). This camp is open to students in grades 6-8. Closed-toe shoes must be worn and long hair must be tied back.
