High school diploma + 3 yrs related work experience, to include 1 yr in a supervisory capacity.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or higher with 5 yrs experience in commercial cleaning/maintenance, to include 3
years in a supervisory capacity.
In this challenging role, you will support the Custodial Services department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:
-Supervise custodial workers and custodial activities in assigned areas.
-Conduct facility inspections in assigned areas at regular intervals.
-Ensure all custodial closets are properly stocked and are maintained in an orderly manner.
-Ensure all custodial equipment and supplies are functional and available for custodial activities.
-Interview and select the most qualified applicant for open custodial positions.
-Train new employees in the proper function of their duties.
-Submit payroll and other department paperwork, as required.
