Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • HS diploma; or 10th grade equivalency + 1 yr related work experience.
  • Must possess a valid SC Driver's License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of commercial turf equipment
  • Ability to organize workload on a daily basis
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner, work competently in weather extremes, and capable of lifting 80 lbs unassisted.
Job Description:

In this challenging role, you will support the Grounds department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following:

  • Remove all debris and litter on a daily basis.
  • Keep entrances to all buildings clean and free of leaf litter and debris.
  • Maintain turf and plant bed areas.
  • Remove litter, debris, and trash daily from assigned areas. Keep all hard surfaces debris free and safe for the public.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
Schedule:
25 hours per week
