Down Home Manufacturing is a leading producer of bedding products including down comforters, bed pillows and mattress pads. We are seeking an individual to join our team and be a part of our future growth.
This position will provide support to the Plant Manager and VP of Operations. This role will include working closely with our leadership team handling clerical duties and collecting and organizing manufacturing data.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ experience in either sales support or accounting. QuickBooks experience is mandatory. They will be required to interact and correspond with both the VP of Operations and Plant Manager and company executives in a professional manner. We are looking for a well-organized individual who will bring positive energy and an upbeat personality to the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as budget tracking and production reporting using QuickBooks reporting
- Prepare and update daily inventory report
- Daily updates to our Labor reports and weekly distribution
- Process daily Drop Ship orders including shipping labels
- Assist with Sales Team and client inquiries
- Timecard posting for Payroll processing
- Maintaining office supplies and files including job files, vendor files and files related to the plant operations
