The successful candidate will possess an associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of administrative support experience. The position also requires strong organizational, communication and customer service skills; excellent MS Office skills; high attention to detail; understanding of academic processes; and the ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality of information. Prior experience with PowerCampus or Workday a plus.

Anderson University invites applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant position serving the College of Education. The primary responsibilities for this position include providing administrative support to full-time and part-time faculty; serving as secretary during faculty meetings; assisting students with registration issues and change of major; supervising COED student workers; managing office supplies and requisitions; and supporting college advisor in the development of incoming Freshman schedules. Additional responsibilities include assisting Teacher Education Committee members and coordinating new faculty orientation, admission events, freshman orientations, convocations and graduation ceremonies.
