Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree plus one year’s related work experience; or an associate’s degree plus three years’ related work experience, or a high school diploma plus five years’ related work experience. Requires the ability to type at a corrected rate of 35 wpm and basic knowledge of computer operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent skills in office management; administration of highly complex liaison activities; excellent organizational and communication skills; superior technical skills in and knowledge of computer applications and
office equipment; excellent spelling and grammar skills; ability to work under the stress of changing deadlines; willing to work with diverse groups and as part of a team; and a strong commitment to customer service. Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification and experience with purchasing processes are preferred.

Job Description:

To provide administrative support for the Learning Resources division and the Dean of the Learning Resources. Assists with coordinating division programs and projects. Manages the office and workflow for the Leaning Resources division and its departments – Library, SCCOnline, The Learning Center, and the Print Shop; and handles all purchasing needs.

 

Schedule:
7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday (1-hour lunch)
7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Friday
