Job Description:

Under general supervision follows guidelines and schedules established by the F.E. Dubose Campus Program Manager. Provides administrative support to the F.E. Dubose Campus in Clarendon County; operates word processing equipment to compile, type, input, revise, combine, edit, print, track, and store correspondence, reports, records and other documents. Provides customer service to students, faculty, and staff both in person and by phone;assists with developing course schedules; oversees daily operations of an outreach location; monitors testing; and conducts cashiering. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word programs and the ability to quickly learn new software programs. Exercises initiative, sound judgement, and makes decisions within scope of assigned work.
