Job Description:

The Adult Apprentice Program is designed for recent Mechatronics graduates that allows them to receive the necessary training and experience to successfully transition to a position of Level 1 Maintenance Technician.  During the 18 month program the Adult Apprentice will receive approximately 2 months of classroom and hands-on training preparing them to work on the shop floor with a mentor.  During the remaining 16 months of the program the Adult Apprentice will learn the routine of a Maintenance Technician and work in various areas of the plant. 

Schedule:
The initial training will be 1st shift M-F, 7am-315pm. The Apprentice will be assigned to a shift (day or night) at some point during training.
