Apartment Maintenance Tech

Full-time Maintenance Technician needed for three Newberry County apartment complexes. Reports to site manager to carry out objectives of efficient property operation.  Duties include purchasing of materials, supplies and equipment, water heaters (replacement and repair), residential plumbing, tile work, installing and glass replacement, all types of carpentry repair, appliance repairs (all), painting, bathroom reno., dry wall, heating and cooling repairs, light electrical, and cleaning. Works as a team player with fellow employees.  Applicant must have own tools and reliable transportation.
