Requirements:

A bachelor's of Arts or Science in Athletic training. Must be NATABOC certified and eligible for State of South Carolina licensure. Professional rescuer CPR/AED certification. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students. Must have understanding of methods and procedures for training athletes and working with injuries. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required, and a knowledge of a variety of sports. Ability to satisfactorily teach students in the classroom. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Job Description:

The Athletic Trainer assists in the daily operation and duties of the two Athletic training facilities, care, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.

Schedule:
8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday -Friday. (To include some nights and weekend; 37.5 hours per week.)
