Requirements:

Requirements are a high school diploma; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human resources Regulations and a valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Job Description:

Assists in measuring for quantities of grassing, concrete, and asphalt. Performs basic calculations on areas, earthwork quantities, and length of pavement markings; assists inspectors in obtaining necessary construction samples. The duties includes obtaining material samples to be tested, filling out sample cards, and performing some test under direct supervision; assists in the checking of base depth and grade; assists with Site Manager Daily; work Reports and enters pay items for monthly construction estimates and final estimates; performs various engineering technician duties as required. Lifts survey equipment and up to 50 pound sample.

Schedule:
The normal work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
