Requirements:

A high school diploma and two (2) years of experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. Must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Job Description:

Performs visual on site utility repair/construction inspections to ensure proper procedures are being adhered to. Processes encroachment permits as they are received. Logs permits into HMMS and keeps accurate records of all approved permits. Attends all preconstruction conferences for large permits involving multiple locations or when advised by utility company of meetings. Assists Resident Maintenance Engineer and Assistant Resident Maintenance Engineer in special projects by researching right-of-way, locating property owners and gathering field data and other miscellaneous items as required.

Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)/ Full-Time
