Automotive Sales Consultant

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding the vehicle that best fits their needs and budget.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, warranties, and financing options.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers using our CRM system.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, and product updates.
• Work closely with management and the finance department to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in dealership promotions, marketing events, and community activities.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
